By accessing or using our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Hossler Engraving
Hossler Engraving is a custom laser engraving and personalization business serving customers locally in Central Pennsylvania and throughout the United States.
We provide customized products and services including, but not limited to, laser engraving, personalized gifts, business branding, promotional products, bulk orders, custom hats and patches, fundraising programs, and customer-supplied item engraving.
2. Custom Products and Personalization
Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, wording, artwork, logos, images, and other personalization information when placing an order or requesting a quote.
Please carefully review all information before submitting an order. Hossler Engraving is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, incorrect names, or other information provided incorrectly by the customer.
Because engraving and personalization are custom processes, slight variations in placement, color, texture, engraving depth, or appearance may occur. These variations are a normal part of the customization process and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
3. Customer-Supplied Items
Customers who provide their own items for engraving understand that Hossler Engraving is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, manufacturing inconsistencies, coatings, finishes, materials, or other characteristics of customer-supplied products.
We will take reasonable care when handling customer-supplied items. However, not every material or item is suitable for laser engraving.
If we determine that an item cannot be safely or properly engraved, we reserve the right to decline the job.
4. Artwork, Logos, and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, or other materials submitted to Hossler Engraving.
By submitting artwork or other materials, you represent that you have the right to authorize Hossler Engraving to use those materials for the purpose of completing your order.
Hossler Engraving does not claim ownership of customer-owned artwork or trademarks.
Our original designs, photographs, graphics, logos, product designs, website content, and other materials created by Hossler Engraving remain the property of Hossler Engraving unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Proofs and Design Approval
For custom orders requiring a design proof, customers may be provided with a proof for approval before production.
Once a proof has been approved by the customer, Hossler Engraving will proceed with production based on the approved design.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for spelling, names, dates, logos, layout, sizing, and other details before approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or may not be possible once production has begun.
6. Orders and Payment
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been received and Hossler Engraving has accepted the order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving unavailable materials, suspected fraudulent activity, artwork or content that we cannot legally reproduce, or circumstances beyond our control.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time an order is placed will generally be the applicable price for that order.
For custom, bulk, business, or wholesale projects, pricing and payment terms may be provided separately through a quote or invoice.
7. Custom, Bulk, and Business Orders
Bulk, wholesale, business, promotional, fundraising, and other large custom orders may have different pricing, production schedules, payment requirements, and approval procedures.
A quote does not guarantee a production slot until the quote has been accepted and any required payment or deposit has been received.
Production times for custom and bulk orders will vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, material availability, and current workload.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Because many products are custom-made, cancellation or modification requests may not be possible once production has begun.
If you need to make a change to an order, contact Hossler Engraving as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests that are received before production begins.
9. Returns and Refunds
Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Hossler Engraving is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply-chain issues, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
11. Product Appearance
Product photographs are provided for general representation. Actual colors, finishes, materials, and engraving appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, computer or mobile-device displays, material variations, and the natural characteristics of the product.
Natural materials such as wood and leather may contain variations in grain, color, texture, and appearance.
These variations are not considered defects.
12. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use our website to:
● Violate any applicable law or regulation
● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
● Upload malicious software or harmful code
● Interfere with the operation of the website
● Submit fraudulent information
● Infringe upon the rights of Hossler Engraving or another party

If you do not want your completed project photographed or used for promotional purposes, please notify us before production.
